Terms and Conditions of Charter
Last Revised: January 1, 2026 • Applicable to all private coach bookings in Catalonia, Spain.
Viblysunnyptch SL operates exclusively as a private charter coordinator and concierge information platform. WE DONT SELL TICKET WE CONNECT WITH MORE INFO. The platform does not sell individual tickets or public entrance passes. All experiences are chartered on an exclusive, full-vehicle hire basis, connecting clients with comprehensive itinerary information and customized logistics.
1. Preamble & Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all charter reservations, website interactions, and onboard experiences operated by Viblysunnyptch SL ("the Carrier", "we", "our") with any individual or entity ("the Hirer", "Client", "Passenger"). By paying any deposit or boarding our vehicles, the Hirer explicitly agrees to all conditions detailed herein.
2. Booking, Deposits, and Payment Schedules
- Reservation Confirmation: A booking is finalized only upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable security deposit and issuance of an official Viblysunnyptch Booking Confirmation Voucher.
- Balance Settlement: The remaining 70% balance must be settled in full no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the charter date.
- Security Bond: A refundable damage deposit of €500.00 is pre-authorized on a major credit card at boarding to cover potential biological sanitization, equipment vandalism, or interior upholstery damage.
3. Age Limitations & Alcohol Consumption
In strict compliance with Spanish Law 1/2002 regarding administrative drug and alcohol measures, no passenger under the age of eighteen (18) years may purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages aboard our vehicles. The Carrier reserves the absolute right to inspect photographic identification.
4. Passenger Conduct & Safety Directives
Passenger safety is our paramount priority. All guests must adhere to the following mandatory safety protocols:
- Driver Authority: The licensed professional chauffeur possesses ultimate operational command over the coach.
- Prohibited Items: Illicit narcotics, weapons of any description, fireworks, flares, and exterior glassware are rigorously prohibited onboard.
- Refusal of Carriage: The Carrier reserves the right to deny boarding or eject any passenger displaying extreme intoxication or destruction of vehicle systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 30 days prior: 70% refund of any amounts paid exceeding the initial non-refundable booking deposit.
- Between 14 and 29 days prior: 50% refund of the total charter fee.
- Under 14 days prior: No refunds permitted due to fleet holding commitments.
